- If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product in new and unused condition within one year for a full refund or replacement. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs in this case.

- If your product has manufacturing defects, material faults, missing parts, or similar issues, you can also return it. Our guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, modifications, natural oxidation, poor maintenance, incorrect storage, improper cleaning, damage from accidents, misuse, or other external factors. In these cases, 9KM will cover the return shipping costs.

Returning Your Item

Please ensure that you package your return carefully. Make sure to include all small parts. Damage that occurs during shipping due to inadequate packaging may result in repair costs that will be deducted from your refund.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund. The refund will be credited back to your account.
