How Do I Cancel Or Modify My Order?
To ensure your order is processed quickly, please act promptly. If there is an error in your order or if you need to cancel it, contact us at dwlife-9km@hotmail.com within 30 minutes of placing the order. We will respond as soon as possible. Please note that we cannot guarantee any changes or cancellations can be made after this time frame.
When Will My Order Ship?
Most in-stock items will ship within 24 hours of ordering. However, some orders may take up to 48 hours to process. Please be aware that we do not ship on Sundays or on public holidays in China. For orders placed on weekends or holidays, processing will begin on the next business day.
How Do I Track My Order?
